“Executive compensation - The Executive Committee meets in executive session to determine compensation for the executive director. They use comparable compensation data (ASAE) but minutes of these sessions are not kept. Compensation was last determined in June 2017 for David A. Clayton, the Executive Director.”

“Representatives of established members vote for officers at annual meeting. District Directors are elected by establishment members within the districts. No one receives profits or excess dues upon dissolution. In the event of dissolution, distribution would go to a successor organization or to a qualified non-profit organization as per the by-laws.”
