“Any person, partnership, association, corporation or organization having any interest in the above stated objective shall be eligible to apply for membership. Membership in the Chamber shall consist of three classes: Active, Honorary, and Sustaining.”

“Directors of the Chamber shall be elected annually in November of each year on the day selected by the Board of Directors. All directors must be current members in good standing of the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce and shall be chosen in the manner of selecting nominees.”

“Prior to filing, a copy of the form 990 is provided to each executive board member for review and approval at the next scheduled executive board meeting.”
