“Interior and exterior improvements which are not limited to window replacement, front and rear porch restoration, hvac upgrades, parapet restoration, and restoration of the second floor interior rooms. This project supports culture through the presentation of features of historic interest in local historical facilities known as the folger home and the peter miller house which are well know city landmarks. The completed facilities are used for cultural programs, musical and drama performances and classes and lectures regarding local history as well as maintaining local historical artifacts for public viewing.”
