Review of form 990, the form 990 is prepared by independent auditors then presented for approval to the finance committee and executive committee. The 990 is then made available to all members of the board of directors.

Monitoring of conflict of interest policy, each year, board members are asked to read and then sign the conflict of interest statement. Prior to votes, board members are asked if there is any reason they should abstain from a vote due to a conflict of interest. PART III, LINE 1A:

Collection of artwork footnote, the organization's collection is made up of pieces of art that are held for educational and curatorial purposes. Each of the items is cataloged, preserved, and cared for, and activities verifying their existence and assessing their condition are performed continuously. The organization's art collection is comprised of pieces of art related to the eleven, a collection of the greatest moments in the history of professional football. The collection, which was acquired through purchases, is not recognized as an asset on the statement of financial position. Purchases of collection items are recorded as decreases in net assets without donor restrictions in the year in which the items are acquired. Contributed collection items are not reflected on the financial statements. Proceeds from deaccessions or insurance recoveries are reflected as increases in the appropriate net asset classes.
