Interfaith Residence dba Doorways is a related 501(c)(3) entity that provides management services for Partridge Place. Doorways collects rent, pays bills and generally maintains the Partridge Place property. Doorways is also the common paymaster for all employees who provide these services to Partridge Place and other related entities.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11B

The form 990 is reviewed by the Finance Committee. After the approval of the Finance Committee, a copy of the completed form 990 is distributed to the full Board for approval prior to filing.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12C

At the beginning of the Board Member's term and annually thereafter, a conflict of interest questionnaire is completed and signed. The conflict of interest disclosures are reviewed and discussed by the Executive Committee and then disclosed to the full Board.

An annual report is distributed to donors outlining Doorways' consolidated financial statements. The Organization's governing documents and audited financial statements are provided upon request to interested parties.
