THE DEBTOR OWNED, MANAGED AND OPERATED FOUR CHARTER SCHOOLS IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.THE DEBTOR CONTINUED TO OPERATE AS A DEBTOR-IN-POSSESSION AS IT PURSUED REORGANIZATION EFFORTS.
