“The united states trager association (usta) supports and encourages the expanding use and recognition of the trager approach and mentastics movement education in the united states, through education and other means, in order to preserve the trager approach and to have it practiced as consistently as possible. In addition, the usta will provide material and information to the public about trager work, its practitioners, and the professional training and certification program. The trager approach is based on the teachings of milton trager, md, and is a form of movement education. The ustas three largest program services are - supporting its members, - supporting the professional training and certification program, and - educating the public about the trager approach.”
