Cleveland leadership center builds a continuum of civic leaders committed to our community's excellence by serving as a catalyst for civic engagement. Clc's robust portfolio of programs develop leadership through transformative experiences that connect, inspire and challenge individuals to make a positive community impact. Participants - from high school students to retirees - embrace civic action by committing time, effort, talent and/or networks to issues and challenges facing nonprofit organizations, government, the private sector and the broader northeast ohio community.

Financial Statement Notes

PART V, LINE 4:

This endowment fund will provide clc with the financial flexibility to develop innovative and entrepreneurial opportunities that help move our community forward. Funds will keep programming at the cutting edge of innovation, expand the continuum of leaders and help deepen their impact, and create additional customized projects and programming in response to the ever-increasing requests to launch new initiatives that address emerging topics and trends. The clc endowment fund will help: 1. Marshal and deploy civic and intellectual capital to address pressing needs in response to community requests. 2. Incubate, test and implement new initiatives that can have long-term impact, but are not immediately self-sufficient. 3. Expand offerings to provide more transformative experiences for leaders of all ages. 4. Promote civic leadership and collaboration as imperatives in moving the region forward.
