“Vox Populi's financial information is compiled during the fiscal year by its Treasurer, Michelle Forrester. She creates the income and expense statements and beginning and ending balances. A specialist familiar with 501(c) organizations then creates the Form 990 Informational Returns using the information from the income statements, opening, and closing balances, and other information. A draft of the 990 is provided to the Treasurer. Additional information is requested. The additional information, and any corrections, are incorporated into the final 990 so that it is as accurate and complete as possible. The 990 is then submitted to the IRS.”

“On July 10, 2018, Vox Populi registered with the Ohio Attorney General Charitable Law Section (OAGCLS). The registration provides an online listing as a public charity in the state of Ohio at the OAGCLS website (Charities Search). At the same time the organization applied for a "religious organization exemption" from annual reporting and the payment of annual fees to OAGCLS. By letter dated August 20, 2018, OAGCLS determined that Vox Populi is exempt from annual reporting and payment of annual fees to OAGCLS.”

Also, Vox Populi's Articles of incorporation are available to the public at the Ohio Sec. of State website (Corporations Search). Vox Populi's 990 Informational Returns are available to the public at the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search and GuideStar or similar websites. Upon request, Vox Populi will provide a copy of any of the above or any other public document (such as the IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter and IRS Application for Recognition of 501(c)(3) Exempt Status) by mail or email.”

“Vox Populi has three tradenames registered with the Ohio Secretary of State: Mother of all Peoples, International Marian Association, and Just One Dollar for Africa. These tradenames correspond to Vox Populi's three lines of activity described in Part III of the 990.”

“Vox Populi Mariae Mediatrici (Latin for "Voice of the People for Mary Mediatrix") promotes the definition of Our Lady as Co-redemptrix, Mediatrix, and Advocate. This is done by gathering petitions from the faithful throughout the world in humble support of our Holy Father for this final Marian dogma, as well as through conferences, lectures, and other printed materials or public media. The organization has three (3) lines of activity: (1) promoting the definition of Our Lady as Co-redemptrix (known as the Fifth Marian Dogma), (2) the International Marian Association, and (3) the "Just One Dollar for Africa" program. “The $43776 figure is the total expense figure for the "Just One Dollar for Africa" line of activity during 2024. Of the $43776, $43266 is the amount sent during 2024 to two well-known Catholic religious congregations in Africa. $510 is the administrative cost during 2024. The two Catholic religious congregations are known throughout the world for feeding and providing medical care to orphans, children, and families in need, the poor and the destitute. As stated at the "Just One Dollar for Africa" website, every dollar donated will be used for feeding and providing medical care. Thus, the administrative cost ($510) is added here only to show the total expense of this line of activity. Vox Populi does not deduct the administrative costs when sending the donated funds to the religious congregations in Africa. Please see Schedule F, Part II, Line 1(d) for more information.”

“The Order of the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts of Jesus and Mary was founded in 1997. This religious congregation existed for 22 years. It formally dissolved in 2019. The Order (a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation) owned land with buildings located at 48765 Annapolis Road, Hopedale, OH, 43976. With the merger of the Order into Vox Populi at the end of 2019, the land and building became assets of Vox Populi. The most recent appraisal value of the land and buildings is $609,170. In 2020 Vox Populi relocated its office and operations from 313 High Street in Hopedale, OH, to the location at 48765 Annapolis Road, Hopedale, OH.”
