Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Accounting principles generally accepted in the united states of america require management to evaluate tax positions taken by the organization and recognize a tax liability if the organization has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would fail to be sustained upon examination by the internal revenue service. As discussed above, the organization is exempt from income taxes and management believes the organization has not engaged in any activities that would disqualify them from tax-exempt status. The organization's policy is to recognize interest related to unrecognized tax benefits in interest expense and penalties in other expenses. The organization is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. Management believes the organization is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years ended prior to june 30, 2012.

AS DISCUSSED ABOVE, THE ORGANIZATION IS EXEMPT FROM INCOME TAXES AND MANAGEMENT BELIEVES THE ORGANIZATION HAS NOT ENGAGED IN ANY ACTIVITIES THAT WOULD DISQUALIFY THEM FROM TAX-EXEMPT STATUS.
