COVENTRY PEACE, INC. WAS FOUNDED BY COMMUNITY RESIDENTS IN THE 1990'S TO BUILD AND MAINTAIN THE PEACE PLAYGROUND. IN 2017, ITS MISSION WAS REFOCUSED ON THE COVENTRY P.E.A.C.E. CAMPUS BUILDING IN ORDER TO PURSUE THE VISION OF AN INTEGRATED CAMPUS WHERE EVERYONE CAN -CREATE, SHOW, LEARN, AND GROW." Tenants of cpc in 2022 are artful, lake erie ink, futureheights, reaching heights, cleveland heights teachers union, building bridges arts collaborative, art acts, singers club of cleveland, grace communion cleveland, and pick-up stix. Coventry peace, inc. Was founded by community residents in the 1990's to build and maintain the peace playground. In 2017, its mission was refocused on the coventry p.e.a.c.e. Campus building in order to pursue the vision of an integrated campus where everyone can -create, show, learn, and grow." many people benefit annually from the programs, events, and services that cpc tenants provide. Having these nonprofits clustered in one building creates a vibrant campus and synergy in building community. Accomplishments in 2022: - coordinated communication among tenants with attorneys on conversion of tenant leases and building management from cpc to heights library - presented quarterly peace pop (large, building-wide, for the general community) events, chalk fest, and lantern festival - hosted community events - rox arts launch of mobius with student art gallery, cirque us with wizbang theatre, teen comicon with lake erie ink, art for the masses with artful - managed and operated building as much as allowed by library (building owner)
