Persons qualified to serve as union trustees shall be those persons appointed by the following unions, with each of the following unions appointing (1) of the (5) union trustees: bricklayers and allied craftworkers local no. 23 of the ohio valley; international union of painters and allied trades local no. 7 of district council 6; ironworkers local no. 55 of the international association of bridge, structural, ornamental and reinforcing iron workers; roofers, waterproofers and allied workers local no. 134; sheet metal, air, rail and transportation ("smart") union local no. 33, toledo district.
