“Each board member is provided with a copy of form 990 marked up with highlights, notes and areas of significant change. The board reviews the 990 in a discussion format with personnel involved in the preparation of the 990.”

“As described in the conflict of interest policy, each board member is required to disclose any conflicts as soon as they arise. All conflicts are reviewed by the board. The conflicted member will have an opportunity to describe and discuss, but will then be excused for the board to decide the most appropriate way to address the conflict.”

The board recognizes that the executive directors compensation is far below market value, but nevertheless, still considers market value compensation as a cap should the budget in any given year warrant an increase.”

“The etc all-american show choir provides music and dance education and performance experiences to students grades three through twelve. Etc is composed of three singing and dancing ensembles: the all americans, the main street singers, new generation and rouge. The groups perform for local charities, community events, festivals, and competitions in ohio and beyond. The organizations's programming provides young people with opportunities to learn vocal music and dance skills as well as showmanship teamwork, self esteem, and stage presence.”

“Other revenue and expenses come from a fall and spring gala show, fundraising events, scholarships and from new generation which is etc's ensemble for elementary boys and girls who want to get their taste of show choir experience. The group learns a beginner show choir set and performs at several community events and festivals.”
