The Mansfield Memorial Homes Apartments Board of Trustees reviews the information contained in the tax return by verifying that the information corresponds to the reviewed financial statements, that all mission statements appear to accurately describe the activities of the entity, and all questions and answers in part VI, governance, management, and disclosure have been answered in accordance with policies and procedures at Mansfield Memorial Homes Apartments.

The Board of Trustees are the only persons responsible for disclosing annually interests that could give rise to conflicts. On an annual basis, the Board of Trustees are required to review and sign the conflict of interest policy.

Compensation for key employees is determined by first obtaining comparable salaries for similar positions at comparable non-profit entities. The Board of Trustees reviews the comparability data to make a final decision. The salaries are reviewed by the Board on a yearly basis, and in most cases a cost of living increase is provided.
