At certain times, however members may be in the gardens at any times during normal operating hours or at any other time by appointmen.) the treasurer reveiws all expenses and there has never been a time when expenses have been paid to anyone other than commerical vendors (plant stores, etc) if there were any payments made to anyone other than commercial vendors then the treasurer would make sure these payments were not made to entities in which any board member had an interest. So no board member receives any non-finanical benefit from the organization that is different from members and no board members receive any fininacial benefitfrom the organization.

11a. Describe the process to review the 990: the treasurer prepares the 990. Once the 990 has been prepared it is distributed to all board members and if anyone has concerns, these are communicated and discussed with the treasurer prior to submitting the 990. 12c. Describe how the organization enforces the conflict of interest policy. No conflicts have ever been disclosed to the organization. The treasurer monitors the conflict of interest policy by reviewing all expenditures of the organization. The organization has few areas where there could be conflicts. All board members are members of the organization and, as such, have access to the property to view the gardens on the same basis of all other members, which is at all times.
