“audited financial statements are also published in the Mail Handlers”

“magazine, which is mailed directly to all regular members. Those”

“financial statements are also available on the NPMHU webite: www.npmhu.org.”

“Financial information is reported annually to the Department of Labor (DOL)”

“on Form LM-2. The Form LM-2 is a public document and is available online at”

“DOL website or via requeast. The constitution includes prohibition of”

“finanacial conflicts of interest and is binding on the Union.”

“Pension-related changes other than net periodic pension cost.”

“Govering body has 7 elected members of the national executive board (NEB).”

“NEB votes on all disbursements, exercise legislative powers for the Union &”

“votes on all official acts in accordance with NPMHU Natl constitution.”

“An annual audit is performed by a certified public accountant, which, as”

“of the filing date, had not been finalized for the year ended Dec 31, 2024.”

“Form 990T was completed prior to the requested extension date of 11/15/25.”
