| Over the past year, Ranch 41 RCO Inc has proudly helped over 130 individuals and families facing homelessness, addiction recovery, reentry from incarceration, mental health struggles, unemployment, and financial hardship. Every person who walks through our doors has a story, and every act of support helps create a new beginning. Some came to us with nothing but the clothes on their back. Through community donations and partnerships, Ranch 41 provided clothing for job interviews, steel-toed boots, welding supplies, hygiene products, food boxes, blankets, and emergency shelter assistance. One gentleman arrived directly from experiencing homelessness to rehab, needing a safe place to live and rebuild . Ranch 41 helped him obtain a food handlers permit, bus passes, work clothing, and food support while connecting him with recovery resources. Within weeks, he secured employment and stable housing and is now mentoring others entering recovery. A older gentleman facing eviction came to Ranch 41 overwhelmed and unsure where to turn. Our organization assisted with a utility payment to keep his lights on, helped cover part of his housing deposit, and connected him to additional family resources. Today he is safe in his own place with out a eviction. Several individuals reentering society after incarceration were able to obtain food handler permits, work gear, and transportation to job interviews through Ranch 41 support services. One client who struggled for years with substance abuse used the assistance to gain employment in food service, reunite with family, and begin living independently again. Another individual received welding supplies and work equipment that allowed him to return to a trade career and provide for his children. Throughout the year, Ranch 41 also provided emergency food assistance, hygiene items, transportation support through bus passes, sober living guidance, peer recovery support services, referrals to mental health counseling, and connections to community agencies. For many, something as small as a bus pass meant getting to work consistently, attending recovery meetings, making probation appointments, or keeping medical and therapy visits. The impact of Ranch 41 is not measured only in dollars spent or services provided - it is measured in lives changed. It is seen in the person who finally obtained stable housing after years on the streets, the recovering addict celebrating sobriety milestones, the father reconnecting with his children, and the community members who now return to volunteer and give back to others walking the same road they once walked. At Ranch 41, we believe recovery and stability are possible when people are met with compassion, accountability, resources, and hope. Every backpack handed out, every utility bill paid, every ID obtained, every meal served, and every encouraging conversation becomes part of someone's success story. Because of community support, Ranch 41 continues to stand in the gap for those who need someone to believe in them until they can believe in themselves again. | $24,343 | $25,542 |
