FORM 990 - ORGANIZATION'S MISSION

The corporation is a non-profit corporation formed for purposes that include, but are not limited to, creating, using, distributing, and/or publishing information, documentation, and/or other work products to develop and promote the adoption of openly accessible standard specifications related to scalable high-performance interconnects that enable communication among accelerators and related devices.

Form 990, Page 1, Part I, Line 6

Officers and board of directors.

Form 990, Page 2, Part III, Line 4A

Specification development activities (75%) the corporation's ualink specifications are created through a process where members can openly and publicly participate in a work group. These members can openly submit new features or functionalities to the corporation's "draft specifications" through their technical proposals which are submitted and discussed during the work groups. Once the work group has completed a "draft specification", the work group's chairman sends that "draft specification" to the corporation's board of directors for their review and vote of approval. The board of directors reviews all "draft specifications- and determines what action to take regarding the draft specifications, including returning the draft specification to the work group for further development, or submitting the draft specification to the corporation's members for their review during a "review period," which shall be a period of 45 days. At the completion of a review period for a particular "draft specification", the board of directors then determines what action to take regarding the "draft specifications", including voting to approve it as a "final specification" of the corporation. Upon any such board approval, the "final specification" is made available to all ualink members and is considered part of the ualink specifications. The above ualink specifications are developed collaboratively by the ualink members. Once these ualink specifications are ready they are available to all ualink members for use and adoption. The corporation does not directly offer any services to its members or the general public and does not develop specific software or hardware for sale to its members or to the general public.

Form 990, Page 2, Part III, Line 4B

Promotion and marketing of ualink specifications (5%) the following are examples of the activities of the corporation with respect to the promotion and marketing of its ualink specifications. The corporation has participated in various industry events to promote and market its ualink specifications to the larger technology community, including the following industry conferences and/or trade shows: "the flash memory summit conference & exhibition in santa clara, california in august 2024. At this conference, ualink representatives gave several presentations which explained the ualink technology using publicly available information and highlighting the advantages available to the performance computing industry with broad adoption. "the super computing 2024 conference in atlanta, georgia in november 2024. At this conference, ualink representatives gave several presentations which explained the ualink technology using publicly available information and highlighting the advantages available to the performance computing industry with broad adoption. The corporation plans to participate in additional upcoming industry conferences and/or trade shows in 2025 to promote and market the ualink specification and the industry-wide advantages from implementing the ualink specifications. The corporation has plans to create a technical white paper about ualink technology in 2025.
