“A draft of the Form 990 is prepared by the organization's independent accountant and reviewed by the Executive Director and Treasurer for accuracy and completeness. A copy of the complete draft Form 990 is then distributed electronically to all members of the Board of Directors prior to filing. Board members are given the opportunity to ask questions and provide comments, and any necessary revisions are incorporated before the return is finalized and submitted to the IRS.”

Requests may be submitted in writing to the organization's principal office, and the documents are provided in a timely manner. The organization also makes its Form 990 available for public inspection on its website and through the IRS and other publicly accessible platforms.”

“The total amount of $187,776.31 reported on Part IX, line 11g, "Other," consists of the following: "Impact Period, LLC" - Professional services provided for the Black Historic District project, including community engagement, development of a district plan, grant research, marketing and branding support, and coordination of community events. - $97,811.65. - "NOB Arch" = Independent-contractor services provided to NOB Arch, including project coordination, communications support, and general administrative and research assistance needed to advance project objectives. $30,704.45 - "Mountain Mktg AG" - Provided services related to public relations. - $6,000. - "Spade Ink Media" - For professional contracted services for assistance with programs and events. - $15,000. - "Justin Joh" - Services related to marketing materials - $10,000. - "BP - Kish Dixon" - Provided assistance with the organization's programs, including support in planning, coordination, and implementation of program activities. - $3,300.”
