Wir-ct, through its subsidiaries park city supportive housing llc and lakeview housing llc, outsources management of day-to-day property operations to independent property management companies through contractual agreements.

The board of directors authorized the finance committee to review and approve the form 990. A draft form was made available to any board member who wished to review it.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

The organization requires annual submission of a written conflict-of-interest questionnaire by all officers, directors, and employees. The questionnaire requests disclosure of any possible professional or personal conflicts of the officer, director, or employee, or their immediate family members, in regard to transactions and relationships with the organization, its affiliates, its vendors, its funders and lenders, and/or any other significant relationship held by the organization. Additionally, any potential conflicts that may arise throughout the year are disclosed at regular board meetings, and assessed by management. If a conflict is evident or potentially evident, the following processes occur: (1) if an officer or director, the member is recused from all discussion and voting authority in which the conflict exists, and (2) if an employee, any negotiation and compensation between the organization and the party-of-interest is assigned to a non-interested senior employee.
