The foundation shall be a non-profit, voluntary, non-partisan, non- sectarian and non-political forum organized exclusively in order to serve cultural, educational social and charitable purposes of the bangladeshi and other communities of the neighborhood countries including nepal, india, pakistan, sri-lanka and bhutan. By nature the foundation will be a philanthropic global organization with the aim of serving the above mentioned communities all over the world.
