“The university of north carolina at charlotte institute for social capital (uncc isc) made the following changes to its organizing and governing documents. Articles of incorporation: 1. Uncc isc is no longer designated as a corporation member to unc charlotte foundation with approval of the corporate member. Bylaws: 1. Added language for doing business as the charlotte regional data trust. 2. Changed designation of one corporation member (the unc charlotte foundation) to no members. 3. Transferred authority from the foundation board to the charlotte regional data trust board for: the number of directors removing a director filling director vacancies forming committees audit committee 4. Modernized and simplified language throughout the bylaws, including: removing gendered language and complex language 5. Added flexibility to reduce future minor changes, such as the annual meeting date treasurer role and financial management: 1.
