“Any regularly appointed or elected and full-time law enforcement officer of the united states government, the state of wisconsin, or any political subdividion or agency therof, may be eligible for membership in the wisconsin state lodge, fraternal order of police subject to the provisions in this constituion.there shall be two (2) classes of membership: active, and honorary”

“Each subordinate lodge shall be entitled to one or more delgates to the annual conference. Each of the following: state lodge president, state lodge vice president, immediate past president, state lodge secretary, state lodge treasurer, state lodge sergeant at arms, and the state lodge 2nd vice president shall be a delegate to the annual conference.each state officer, shall be elected by a vote of the qualified delegates on the floor of the conference.”

“Either an active member through a subordinate lodge or a member of the board of directors may propose an amendment to this constitution, which proposed amendment shall be submitted for consideration and vote by the annual conference. No proposed amendment shall become a part of this constitution except upon a two-thirds (2/3) vote of registered annual conference delegates.”
