Mission

To advance the economic prosperity and cultural vitality of downtown san diego.

The primary and specific purposes for which this corporation is formed are (i) to support and promote arts and culture in downtown San Diego; (ii) to foster civic pride and enhance the quality of life in Downtown San Diego; (iii) to provide services, programs and activities that promote and preserve the health, welfare, education and cultural awareness of persons within Downtown San Diego; (iv) to raise, manage, and provide funds to allow the corporation to conduct or sponsor charitable or educational activities, services and programs that will support the improvement of the social, physical and cultural environment of Downtown San Diego; and, (v) to promote, enhance and finance charitable, religious, educational, literary, artistic or scientific activities through grants and contributions to organizations.
