Additional Explanations

Nature of Activities

The Mitchell Housing Corporation was created in consideration of a covenant of a U.S. Dept of Housing and Urban Development Section 811 Grant to administer said grant under the sponsorship of TERI Inc. The grant provides one group home for six developmentally disabled adults. Two TERI employees serve as officers of Mitchell. Day to day administration and operations are overseen by TERI Inc. A management fee is collected for the administrative duties, and portions of operation wages and benefits are allocated to Mitchell based on hours worked.

The grant provides one group home for six developmentally disabled adults. Two TERI employees serve as officers of Mitchell. Day to day administration and operations are overseen by TERI Inc. A management fee is collected for the administrative duties, and portions of operation wages and benefits are allocated to Mitchell based on hours worked.
