The Director then forwards form 990 to the Treasurer who reviews the entries in the tax return. After reviewing the return, the Treasurer presents the return during the Board Meeting for approval. Once approved, the return is signed and filed.Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C: Every two years, when the new Board of Directors are elected, each newly elected board member is required to sign a conflict of interest statement.Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19: The organization's governing documents, conflict of interest policy and financial statements are available to the public upon request.
