| IRS990/Desc | 0 | NuclearWakeUpCall.Earth:NuclearWakeUpCall.Earth is a nonprofit, nonpartisan initiative dedicated to catalyzing efforts in US-Russian relations to reduce the escalating nuclear danger and to working with people in Russia and all countries to move towards a world without nuclear weapons. We work to achieve our objectives through creative community engagement, dialogue, education, film, mediation, indigenous wisdom, music and cultural exchange, as well as peacebuilding initiatives to advance peace and reduce the risk of nuclear war.Through our Women Transforming Our Nuclear Legacy initiative, we worked on initiatives with women around the world to advance peace and a world without nuclear weapons. We joined peacebuilders around the world in numerous efforts and events, calling for a ceasefire, dialogue and diplomacy to achieve a negotiated settlement to end the war in Ukraine and thereby reduce the escalating danger of nuclear war. We launched a Track II initiative to ensure the meaningful participation of Ukrainian and Russian women in the future peace process. We worked with diplomats, NGOs and experts to prepare and position women with extensive on-the-ground experience in peacebuilding to make their voices heard and advocate for immediate and long-term humanitarian-centered solutions to the conflict that go beyond the silencing of the guns to achieve a sustainable peace. The research shows that when women are involved in negotiations and peace processes, peace becomes more possible and peace agreements more enduring. We advanced the existential imperatives of Ukrainian and Russian women securing a seat at the table, an inclusive peace process and the implementation of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security to help bring an end to the war. We formed many new partnerships to collaborate on advancing our goals, including with women peacebuilder leaders at conferences where we presented our work such as the Give Peace a Chance conference and the Feminist Peace Summit. In 2024, we were honored to be warmly welcomed by the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN) as a partner organization and look forward to continuing to work with ICAN and people around the world to advance the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons and a world free of nuclear weapons. We continued to sound the alarm on escalating nuclear dangers and the catastrophic humanitarian consequences of nuclear weapons. We worked to advance our mission to build awareness about the nuclear threat and inspire people to take action to eliminate nuclear weapons through continuing digital engagement on social media. We collaborated on events, webinars, conferences, films and plays to reach as many people as possible. |

| IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActyOtherGrp/Desc | 1 | Play Hanalei:Wave As you pass DBA PLAY HANALEI is a community-focused business with a mission to bring music education to local children on the North Shore of Kaua'i. Our primary goal is to reach as many children as possible through our private and group music lessons, as well as our specialized camps, in a region where no similar programs or offerings currently exist. We believe that access to music not only teaches children valuable technical skills but also provides them with opportunities for self-expression, emotional growth, and creative exploration. By introducing children to the world of music, we are helping them develop critical emotional intelligence, enhance their ability to self-soothe, and build confidence, all of which are essential tools for navigating lifes challenges. At PLAY HANALEI, we are passionate about fostering a sense of connection, joy, and personal growth through music, and we remain committed to making these opportunities available to as many local families as possible.Over the past 6 months, we have made significant progress in achieving our mission and creating meaningful opportunities for the children in our community. Thanks to the support of our partnerships and donors, we were able to provide two semesters of free ukulele group classes tailored for children aged 9-13, ensuring that financial limitations did not prevent participation. These classes offered not only musical education but also a structured and enriching activity for local youth. In addition to this, we awarded seven full scholarships to campers who participated in our unique music, surf, and writing camp program, allowing them to experience a blend of artistic and outdoor activities that nurtured both their creativity and physical well-being. Furthermore, through the generous support of INCF, we subsidized 25% of the cost of private music lessons for local families, making it more accessible for those who might have otherwise been unable to afford this opportunity. These accomplishments reflect our unwavering commitment to making music education accessible to the children of Kauai. By providing these programs, we are not only teaching the technical aspects of music but also fostering a love of learning, encouraging self-confidence, and building a stronger, more connected community. We are incredibly proud of the impact weve had so far and remain dedicated to expanding our reach and deepening our connection with the families we serve in the coming years. With continued support, we will strive to create even more opportunities for local children to grow, explore, and thrive through the power of music. |

| IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActyOtherGrp/Desc | 3 | Golden Heart Happiness Center:I. Our overall goal is to establish a dedicated center for meditation, teaching, and spiritual events on the island of Kauai to represent the aims and objectives of the Brahma Kumari World Spiritual Organization (University). Those aims and objectives include facilitating the awakening of souls as to who they are as pure, peaceful beings of light through the experiences one can have through Raja Yoga Meditation. The aim also includes bringing EXPERIENCES of hope and truth and peace to as many souls as possible that a Benevolent God is watching over us and helping at every moment. Our goal on Kauai is to help others come into this state of awareness and connection by inviting them into a dedicated space for meditation where this awareness of Gods Love and Peace is kept constantly, making it easy for all to know and feel the vibrations of Love and Peace emanating from the Source and to bring this faith and trust into their hearts and lives.2. Our achievements towards this goal in 2023 are as follows: A. Spiritually: We have continued to offer service to our community in various venues including: Princeville Community Center, Golden Lotus in Kapaa, and Grateful Dojo in Kilauea aka Natures Church as well as private homes in the form of opportunities to meditate for the self and for the world on a consistent, regular weekly basis (at least 3x a week in Kapaa, Kilauea, and Princeville). Most recently we have participated in a 50 states Brahma Kumari Initiative to dedicate a series of World Peace Meditations on eleven consecutive Fridays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm which began on November 10, 2023 and runs through January 19, 2024. In addition to our weekly offerings, we also held a wonderful annual ceremony called Rakshabandan in my present home in Kilauea in September, 2023. Thirty participants attended who were tied in a promise of their "own - making" to bring about positive change. We brought in 3 of our sisters from larger centers in Novato and Seal Beach, California to facilitate the program with us. B. Financially This past year in April 2023, marked the beginning of a financial thrust towards a larger dedicated center through an educational and health oriented business endeavor. This business endeavor, based on Light Technology, is helping many souls in many ways overcome physical, mental, and financial challenges. It has helped this one to move out of a former, very limiting accommodation into a much larger, shared sanctuary-style home with lovely gardens in August 2023. While it is not the dedicated center for our overall charitable goals it is definitely another step in that Direction and was made possible by this business endeavor. |

In 2024 Pepper Sauce For Peace continued to experience slowing down, both in terms of pepper production due to farm damage and in terms of sales. |
| IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActyOtherGrp/Desc | 5 | Stop The Haena Cell Tower:We are pleased to report the 2024 progress of our Stop the Haena Cell Tower project. This project came about as a result of AT&Ts announcement of its intent to construct a 125 ft high telecommunications tower in the Haena, Kauai, a residential neighborhood, adjacent to the federally-designated historic highway, and located in the Special Management Area near the tsunami flood zone. Of note, the height limit for all structures in Haena is 25 ft above sea level. Accordingly, AT&T would be required to obtain zoning variances and height variances, including various use and building permits. AT&Ts stated purpose for proposing the cell tower is to provide cell phone reception to and from Kee, a popular tourist destination in the Haena district. The tower would not benefit local residents. At various meetings of the Haena/Wainiha community in 2024, residents were (and remain) 100% opposed to the proposed cell tower for various reasons including, but not limited to, the potential adverse health impacts of electromagnetic fields (EMFs), the undesirable location of a cell tower 38 ft from the adjacent neighbors home, the 125 ft height of the tower which is 100 ft higher than our zoning laws allow, the adverse visual impact from our historic highway, the fact that a cell tower is an industrial use that AT&T wants to place in the heart of a residential community, and the fact that better and more technologically advanced telecommunications systems are available.Discussions with the owner of the lot AT&T proposes to develop is a California resident and attorney who does not reside or visit the subject property. He disclosed to me that he is in contract with AT&T and cannot sell or otherwise encumber the lot to anyone other than AT&T unless AT&T is unable to obtain the required variances and permits. At a Kauai County Council hearing on the proposed cell tower in 2024, AT&T representatives were requested to explain why the cell tower is necessary when alternative, more efficient, and less intrusive telecommunications system exist such as SOS emergency texting,Starlink, two-way satellite phones, and Portable Cell Towers (Cell On Wheels"COWs) areas e_ective, if not more so, than obsolete cell tower technology. Apparently AT&Ts responses were unacceptable as Council Chairman Mel Rapozo advised the AT&T representatives to find an alternative. It should be noted that the Council is not the permitting authority, but has influence over the Kauai Planning Director and Commission who will consider AT&Ts variance and permit requests.Due to AT&Ts disregard of Council Rapozos directive, several residents filed a lawsuit against the owner of the subject lot. Many residents and their friends and families wished to contribute to the legal defense fund. We asked INCF to be our fiscal sponsor. INCF agreed. As a result of our partnership with INCF, we have raised over $15,000 in contributions which have enabled us to continue our lawsuit and discussions with AT&T.Our project is in keeping with the mission of INCF. Our intent is to preserve the culture and heritage of our place by maintaining the special character of Haena, a community that is fiercely protective of the environment and cultural traditions. We were the first community in Hawaii to establish a Community Based Subsistence Fishing District to restore our fishing grounds. We were successful in creating a managed park at Kee that restricts the number of vehicles and visitors in order to protect the fragile ecosystem of the area.Currently, we are in discussions with AT&T regarding alternate locations for their cell tower that would have no visual impact and would be located away from residential areas, although we prefer that no cell tower be constructed in or near Haena/Wainiha. |

The film explores the challenges faced by Asian elephants, such as exploitation in the tourism industry and the threat of extinction. Lek Chailert, a renowned elephant conservationist, leads the mission to transport Noi Na to a sanctuary, highlighting the broader issues surrounding elephant conservation and the efforts to protect these majestic animals. 2023 was a year of continued education and awareness around the plight of the Asian elephant. We showcased the film in schools and communities as well as at the Elephant Nature Park in Thailand and provided educational material to end the abuse of Asian elephants. |

Many of the projects that it will fund are seeded and rooted on Kauai to develop/evolve as a prototype for a disruptive competitor model of projects that are integrative, holistic, and regenerative in nature. Long term goal: develop a bio-cultural regenerative funding incubator rooted in currency that derives value from prana of essential resources like soil. As we shift into a new paradigm and create our new world, the vitality of the planet (soil, food, oceans, humans and other animals) is the measure of value that matters. Over the past year, seed funding was provided to a local builder who utilizes local material to create organic, non-toxic, efficient and aesthetically beautiful homes for small families, in an effort to build a home for a family who lost their home in recent Maui fires. The home was delivered to a local family on Maui where it will house a family with several children and allows them to not need to relocate and be immersed in their community and thrive there. |
| IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActyOtherGrp/Desc | 9 | Womens Global Peace Alliance:It has been a pleasure to explore possibilities and contribute as a research assistant to the Ask the Mother animated film project. The charitable goal of this project is to discover, clarify and provide access to sound and light frequency codes that support personal and planetary transformation. Ask The Mother invites audiences to embark on a transformative journey of reconnecting with nature and rediscovering their role in nurturing and preserving the Earth. This research project is in support of this. During the past 8 months Ive traveled to South Africa (SA) for a two-month sojourn to work with an exceptionally gifted Sound healer and frequency technician. Post SA, Ive continued working with my South African associate via Zoom in addition to several musicians and energetic healers in the US who use the frequencies of Chrystal Alchemy Sound Bowls as part of their healing modalities. While in South Africa, we worked with multiple sound instruments; e.g. tuning forks tuned to multiple frequencies, Tibetan bowls, Chrystal Bowls, human voice (my associate has perfect pitch), guitar and keyboard. Using access to sound and light technology we found significant gradients in the color depth, luminosity and hue based upon the type of instrument used. |
