THE PARK AND PARK-OWNED BUILDINGS WERE CONSTRUCTED IN 1971. THE OVERALL RANGE FOR RENTS IS $358 TO $615 PER MONTH WITH AN AVERAGE MONTHLY RENTAL OF $455 PER MONTH, EXCLUDING UTILITIES.
