Additionally, every two years, the executive committee reviews the bylaws and recommends revisions as necessary to ensure compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, licensing and accreditation requirements. The executive committee also recommends to the board nominees for directors and may recommend nominees for the officers of the organization. The actions of the executive committee must not supersede the full health center governing board's authorities, functions and responsibilities.”
