The term "members" is used for supporters who annually pay a special donation fee in order to be invited to certain social functions sponsored by the organization. "members" have no voting privileges with regard to the governing body.

The board of directors governing body designates a representative to review the form 990 and determine if for any reason it needs to be reviewed by all the members of the governing body at a special meeting. If a special review meeting is determined to be necessary, it is held and any issues resolved prior to authorizing the executive director to sign the form 990.
