Form 990 is reveiwed and compared to year end financial statements and approved by the Board of Directors. Form 990 is signed by the Board authorized director. A signed copy is made available to the Board of Directors for approval.

San Diego Ballets public disclosure Form 990 public disclosure is made available to the public at the San Diego Ballet office.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

If a conflict of interest has been identified, it is reviewed on an induvial case by case basis. A task force is formed with one SDB staff member and at least one member of the SDB Board of Directors. Depending on the conflict, this group with determine the action taken.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15A

Every April the SDB Board of Directors along with the Executive Director develops the budget for the following year. The full board then votes to approve the budget including determining and approving pay of employees. The budget is the reviewed Quarterly thereafter.

Once the board approved the budget the Executive Director reviews pay for staff members. The ED makes recommendations for the Board to vote on if any chance occur during the year.
