Unless specific discussion is requested by any Board member, the Board accpets the return as part of its monthly consent agenda. The return is then finalized and approved.”

“The performance evaluation and compensation of the Executive Director are reviewed annually by the Board. A summary of this information, as well as the responsibilities and compensation of the Executive Director of similar non-profit entities, is shared and discussed in the absence of the Executive Director. Based on this review and also the finances of the Organization, the Board votes on a new salary package. Soon thereafter, a Board representative meets with the Executive Director to discuss the evaluation and compensation recommendation of the Board.”
