We have a secure cloud storage drive where all of our organizational documents are held, including any and all accounting/financial related data and documentation.

Any and all compensation rates were voted upon and based on current fair market value of labor. We looked at local comparisons for similar labor related services and averaged them together to determine rates that were used to compensate board directors.

This includes $6,470 to board members and $2,730 to non-board contractors, including $430 to [temp labor company]. Adjustment to reconcile tax basis gain on property sale with book value. Property was carried on books at $285,140 (assessed value at time of donation). Tax basis was $0.
