Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6

To qualify for Relief Association membership, an individual must currently or previously have participated in the fire service of the Allegheny Valley Volunteer Fire Company. Voting Member is one who has attended at least six Relief Associaion meetings within the prior 12 month period.Non-Voting Member is a member who is ineligible to vote.Individual membership may be terminated by a simple majority vote of the membership.

Election shall be held at the regular December meeting. Officers shall be installed at the regular January meeting.Officers shall be elected for one (1) year term by a majority vote of the membership.
