Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6

The cooperative consisits of 70 home sites. Each member site has one voting, non-equity share. Each member purchases a membership in the cooperative by paying a subscription price of $100. When a member leaves the cooperative, the membership will be purchased back by the cooperative. These members are called patron members as outlined in wisconsin state statutes 193. A cooperative can also have a non-patron member whilch is a third party organization which has limited rights. The non-patron member is resident ownership capital llc d/b/a roc usa capital. They are a charitable organization within the meaning of section 501c3 of the internal revenue code.
