Any questions or concerns the organization's officers and accounting personnel have are addressed and any corrections or clarifications that need to be made are made. A copy of the 990 is then presented to the audit committee for review prior to filing. A final copy is also made available to the board of directors following review by the audit committee.”

“Each director of the foundation shall disclose annually if the director has a personal interest directly or indirectly, in any contract relating to the operations of the foundation, or in any contract for investment, legal, accounting, banking and any other services officers, trustees, and key employees are required to disclose any conflicts of interest when they arise and are properly withheld from any discussions or decision making that may be affected by the disclosed conflicts.”
