All compensation is reviewed and approved by the independent board members. 5. Currently studione-eighty has an executive committee, a finance committee, rising community leaders, and a steering committe for the film, "the difference you can make". 6. The lake street works program was added in the spring of 2021 to develop an educational program for high school students to learn trades in the construction industry as well as personal development and financial literacy. At 12/31/23 lake street works was formally transferred to urban ventures (uv). Uv absorbed all the assets, liabilities, and continuing operations of lsw. 7. In late 2023 the organization began a committee to produce and promote a film call "the difference you can make". This film is about taking people on a journey toward greater thoughtfulnes and awareness.”
