The bylaws were updated to read as follows: article 2: board of directors section 2.1 number of directors. The affairs of the corporation shall be managed by its board of directors. The board of directors shall have between eleven and sixteen members. At lease fifty-one percent (51%)of the directors shall be persons who use the services of the corporation ("consumer directors"), as described in section 2.3(a). No more than half of the non-consumer directors may be persons who derive more than 10% of their annual income from the health care industry, as described in section 2.3(b).
