Prg exists to serve every person and family affected by breast or gynecological cancer. We provide free healthy meals, rides to treatment, house cleaning essentials and peer support so no one is alone in the fight.

The organization, founded by breast cancer survivors, serves breast and gynecological cancer patients and their families, regardless of age, stage or socio-economic status, through provision of critical social services free of charge. In 2024 alone, the organization delivered 261,838 nutritious meals, arranged 29,858 rides to treatment, distributed 2,839 housecleaning kits, and hosted 166 peer support and educational events. Prg continually pursues opportunities to connect breast and gynecological cancer survivors with clients actively seeking treatment and holds monthly peer support meetings that focus on fellowship, while providing education for all aspects of breast and gynecological cancer care and recovery. Regions served in 2024 include cincinnati, columbus, and dayton, ohio; st. Louis, missouri; san francisco, california; buffalo, new york; louisville, ky; and nashville, tn.

The endowment has been established by the board to fund future operations of the organization.

A favorable determination letter has been obtained from the internal revenue service exempting pink ribbon good, inc. From federal income tax pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. No provision for federal income tax is included in these statements. However, any income from certain activities not directly related to prg's tax exempt purpose may be subject to taxation as unrelated business income. Prg determines the recognition threshold and determines the measurement of uncertain tax positions considering the amounts and probabilities of the outcomes that could be realized upon ultimate settlement with tax authorities. Prg does not have any uncertain tax positions at december 31, 2024. Accordingly, there is no adjustment to the financial statements required to comply with the provisions of this guidance.
