Ensuring the wellbeing of young girls this project focuses on keeping urban and rural girls in school and providing them with vocational and income-generating training. Appropriate health education for young girls about their changing bodies, medical checkups, and teaching the girls how to make sanitary pads that are washable and reusable are all provided through this program. Vocational education and opportunities to be trained in skills that are income-generating were offered to girls who are single mothers or who are too old to return to public school. 360 girls that were served by this project in 2023, 180 undertook vocational training. Of that group, 60 were single mothers out of school. 120 school-age girls took training to generate income during holiday periods. 87 have received certificates of completion for their chosen courses. These courses include sewing, leadership, cooking, masonry, soap making, and green charcoal making.

Adult literacy program in 2023, crmf continued its support for twelve literacy centers including two at the city prison. The literacy program educates 800 to 1,000 adults every year. Of these adults, approximately 95% of them are women. This program is a national model which combines reading, writing, basic math, civics, and nutrition lessons within its curriculum. Program graduates may enter the women's self-help group project. These projects provide literacy program graduates with a path to economic self- sufficiency. Groups become eligible for loans that can be invested in creating small businesses when they work together and pool their savings. In 2023, 600 women participated in the urban and rural self-help groups.
