Each year at a board meeting, we review the conflict of interest policy and ask each board member to complete the coi policy statement which indicates if a conflict exists. The same process occurs at medical advisory board and finance committee meetings. In addition, via email, we require all network for hope staff members (whether officer or not) to complete the coi policy statement.
