Management reviews all disclosures and determines whether any actual or potential conflicts exist. When potential conflicts are identified, the individual is removed from decision-making related to the matter, and the conflict is documented in the governing body minutes. No violations of the conflict-of-interest policy were identified during the year.”

Copies may be obtained by contacting the organizations office by mail or email. The organizations Form 990 is publicly available on the IRS website and may also be requested directly from the organization.”

“Part X Board-Designated Net Assets (Operating Reserve) During the year ended March 31, 2025, the Board established an Operating Reserve Fund and designated $70,000 of net assets without donor restrictions to this reserve. The target minimum is equal to 24 months of average operating costs; the calculation excludes depreciation, in-kind, and other non-cash expenses, and excludes discretionary grant expenditures. (See Note 4.) Part X Net Assets With Donor Restrictions Net assets with donor restrictions at March 31, 2025 totaled $14,000, restricted for Africa-AFRSG-Meeting ($4,000) and Kenya-APLRS-ForRangers ($10,000).
