The organization created a vice-chair position on the board of directors and amending the advisory board section, thereby requiring an amendment to its by-laws.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11

Opportunity fund finance committee shall have the responsibility for reviewing the organization's form 990 (including all pertinent schedules) before it is filed with the internal revenue service. Once the finance committee has approved the draft form 990, it shall be sent to all members of the board of directors for their review, prior to filing with irs. Once the review period has been duly expired, the form 990 is filed with the irs. The finance committee has the responsibility to confirm filing to the board of directors.

The consolidated financial statments include the accounts of a subsidiary, lcd new markets fund, llc (the "llc")of which opportunity fund is the managing member with a 99% interest. Considering the 1% interest is immaterial, the 990 report also includes the llc's accounts. All material intercompany balances and trasactions have been eliminated.

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization evaluates its uncertain tax positions and will recognize a loss contingency when it is probable that a liability has been incurred as of the date of the consolidated financial statements and the amount of the loss can be reasonably estimated. The amount recognized is subject to estimate and management judgement with respect to the likely outcome of each uncertain tax position. The amount that is ultimately sustained for an individual uncertain tax position or for all uncertain tax positions in the aggregate could differ from the amount recognized. As of june 30, 2015 and 2014, management did not identify any uncertain tax positions.
