Financial Statement Notes

Part X, Line 2:

The Project follows the provisions of FASB ASC Topic 740, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes, which requires financial statement recognition and disclosure for uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. As of December 31, 2016, the Project had no uncertain tax positions that qualify for disclosure in the financial statements. The Project's federal tax returns for the year 2013 and subsequent years remain subject to examination by tax authorities.
