CONDUCTING AN ONGOING TRAINING PROGRAM UNDER ARRANGEMENTS WITH LOCAL AGENCIES, IN WHICH PARTICIPANTS ATTENDED CLASSES FOR LIFE AND EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS DESIGNED TO ASSIST THEM IN OBTAINING AND RETAINING EMPLOYMENT. THE PROGRAM SECURED EMPLOYMENT FOR PARTICIPANTS AND FOLLOWED UP WITH WEEKLY MEETINGS TO ASSIST IN THE TRANSITION INTO FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT. Conducting an ongoing training program under arrangements with local agencies, in which participants attended classes for life and employability skills designed to assist them in obtaining and retaining employment. The program secured employment for participants and followed up with weekly meetings to assist in the transition into full-time employment. In 2014 31 participants enrolled in workshops with 24 completing training and registering for employment. 14 participants attained employment.
