Mission

To improve communciation between representatives of labor and management, and engender cooperative and harmonious relations between labor and management in the construction industry; to provide workers and employers with opportunities to study and explore new innovative joint approaches to achieving organizational effectiveness. To provide a forum for open and honest discussion of problems confronting employees and employers of the construction industry; to study and explore ways of increasing productivity of both labor and management, and of eliminating potential problems which reduce the competitiveness and inhibit the economic development in the construction industry; to enhance the involvement of workers in making decisions that affect their working lives, and to improve the quality of work life for employees in the construction industry; to expand and improve work relationships between workers and managers; to promote the use of safe, efficient, high quality construction services
