Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Management has evaluated the effect of the guidance provided by u.s. Generally accepted accounting principles ("u.s. Gaap") on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. Management believes that the project continues to satisfy the requirements of a tax-exempt organization. Management has evaluated all other tax positions that could have a significant effect on the financial statements and determined the project had no significant uncertain income tax positions at june 30, 2025 and 2024.

Part X

Tenant deposits held in trust: tenant security deposits are held in a separate account and are paid back to the tenant upon move-out, provided the apartment is in acceptable condition. If not, the project retains the funds and uses the money towards damages and repairs sustained to the unit.
