Lamorinda Soccer Club (LMSC) is a youth soccer club that prioritizes long-term player development through technical, tactical, mental and physical training. LMSC participates in top leagues locally and nationally including WPSL, MLS Next, Girls Academy, CalNorth CCSL and X2.

Members of the Board of Directors review all potential conflicts of interest periodically. Top management and all Board members are required to disclose potential conflicts and any related party affiliations. The organization seeks full transparency on all relationships. Any potential conflicts (in fact or appearance) are discussed openly and resolved in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.

Members of the board of directors review the compensation of all high-level personnel periodically in accordance with IRS rules and regulations. Efforts are made to secure compensation data from industry sources in order to determine competitiveness and appropriateness of salaries. Every effort is made to ensure that the process is thorough and transparent in accordance with IRS guidelines and the organization's policies and procedures.The Technical Director and Coaches Liaison of Lamorinda Soccer Club (who are also Board Members) receive compensation for services rendered to the organization. This compensation is comparable with others who hold the same title/responsibilities of other sports organizations in the area.

IRS990/Desc0Lamorinda Soccer Club (LMSC) offers both recreational and competitive youth soccer for girls and boys from ages 5-19 (U5-U19). The U5-U11 age groups participate in local leagues. LMSC also offers skills clinics at these age levels in the spring and winter each year to introduce new young people in the local community to soccer as well as enhance the training of current LMSC players. Competitive teams at the U12-U19 level train year around and participate in local and national level tournaments as part of top national leagues. These national platforms expose LMSC players to college coaches from across the US and many go on to play soccer in college and professionally.
