The general manager of the property management company recommends new annual salaries increase and current year bonuses for the staff. Salary increases and bonuses are a function of job performance and a review of compensation at other properties with similar positions as well as job market influence. The general manager reviews the recommended compensation/bonuses with president and vice president approval/adjust recommended compensation/bonuses. The general manager keeps ownership appraised thoughout the process to ensure any changes by ownership are incorporated into compensation to obtain final approval.
