Fairfield apartments signed an engagement letter to undergo an audit per the single audit act and omb circular a-133. The auditor was not provided requested supporting documentation to perform audit procedures as required by generally accepted auditing standards, government auditing standards, the single audit act amendments of 1996 and the provisions of the uniform guidance. Therefore, as of the date of this filing, an audit has not been completed.
